BlogGears is a website devoted to helping bloggers succeed. BlogGears will help increase your blog’s traffic and provide excellent exposure for your blog. You have up to 90 seconds to pitch your blog to the world. Tell your target audience why they should read your blog. What sets you apart? What makes you different? We want to help you get the word out about your blog. Your video pitch of your blog will be shown to readers and colleagues. For Readers:

BlogGears is here to help you discover new and exciting blogs. Listen to pitches from the bloggers themselves and get to know the people behind the blog. Learn about the blogs people write and what truly is in them.

Submissions:

The video should be hosted on youtube (or any other video hosting website) then submitted through our submission form (found here). It will then be reviewed by moderators and if approved shown to prospective readers and colleagues for them to decide what they think of it. You can submit one video per blog per month (we know blogs change, so you can submit a new video each month if you want). Our Submission Guidelines:

* No Profanity of any kind (swearing, racism, sexisim and so forth)
* No Nudity or obscene gestures
* The video must stay on topic about the blog at hand
* Only one submission per blog per month
* Maximum video length of up to 90 seconds
* Videos must feature the blogger in them for a reasonable amount of time

The BlogGears team reserves the rights to turn down any video that does not meet the BlogGears site standards or violates the submission guidelines.
